The summer has been a time of shifting gears.   I've been in Mom Mode, and getting our home ready to host our very first exchange student, from Gaza.   Personal and professional life are always interwoven in myriad ways, and I've certainly had material to help me reflect, create and express this summer.

I've been singing with a quartet at St. John's Episcopal in Detroit, as well as singing a few Sundays at First Presbyterian Church of Birmingham.    I enjoy the Anglican music of St. John's and the eclectic music of the Presbyterian Church, and find it a privilege to be connected in both communities.

In the meantime, I have begun to piece together a more comprehensive performance schedule for next season.   I love what I do, and hope you'll join me on the journey.   I'll update with sound clips, and try a little harder to pass a camera to someone.   I get so caught up in the moment, that this is a challenge for me.   But I promise to think a little more in the third person so I can share more with you as we move into the next season of music making.

Check out the schedule tab above to see where you can find me.   I will be updating regularly.   Until next time, friends.
